Maryland crab cakes with a tarragon butter 

Goan style mussels 

(V) Sweet potato & bulgur wheat kofta with a red pepper & chilli sauce

Smoked salmon & herb Scotch egg with tartare sauce

Mixed seafood salad with a smoked garlic mayonnaise

Smoked haddock & toasted sweetcorn chowder

MAINS

Risotto kedgeree with free range poached egg & a chive & dill cream

Fried whole sea bass with three flavoured sauce, Jasmine rice & bok choi

Grilled hake fillet with fennel confit, creamy white wine sauce, lemon dill potatoes & a fricassee of vegetables

Soft shell crab & shrimp burger with house chipotle mayonnaise & skinny fries

Mackerel fillet on warm new potatoes with horseradish & beetroot lemon cream

(V) Roasted vegetable & vintage cheddar Coulibiac with a mushroom sauce
