Goan style mussels 

 

Carpaccio of cod with shallot, soy & ginger vinaigrette

 

Mixed seafood salad with a smoked garlic mayonnaise

 

Smoked haddock & toasted sweetcorn chowder

 

(V) Slow roast heirloom tomato & feta tart

 

MAINS

 

Risotto kedgeree with free range poached egg & a chive & saffron cream

 

Fried whole sea bass with three flavoured sauce, rice noodles & stir-fried bok choi

 

Grilled hake fillet with fennel confit, creamy vermouth sauce, lemon dill potatoes & a fricassee of vegetables

 

Seafood linguine 

(Prawns, squid, mussels, rich tomato & basil sauce)

 

Swordfish and prawn Caribbean curry with rice & peas

 

Mackerel fillet on potato, horseradish & beetroot with lemon cream

 

(V) Open spinach, ricotta & fried broccoli ravioli with Aji sauce, toasted pine nuts & shaved parmesan *(*a vegetarian hard cheese similar to parmesan)

Warm pear & frangipane tart with orange blossom cream
