Corn fed chicken, mushroom, shallot & tarragon with puff pastry

 

Short crust filled with Thai red pork curry

 

Five spice duck & orange with puff pastry

 

(Vegan) Mixed mushroom, red onion, butternut squash & leek with filo pastry

 

Steak, mushroom & red wine with short crust pastry
